About

Meet our Family

Our Team

Kids N’ Care takes pride in the high quality teachers that work at our centers. All teachers are required to meet the educational requirements that are set by the State of Wisconsin. Upon hire, each staff member must pass a criminal background investigation and a good health screening. New staff members complete a full center orientation that includes training in Shaken Baby Syndrome and SIDS Risk Reduction. All staff must complete continuing education hours throughout the year by attending formal courses, workshops, conferences, or online classes related to the early childhood field. To provide you with excellent service, we also encourage and support our staff to meet their educational goals by taking classes towards an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education. Kids N’ Care strives to provide the best learning experience to each child at the center.
